As Ak Deniz Mezat; In order to provide you with service, the possible name, surname, TC identity number, telephone number, e-mail address information you have specified in your membership application, but not limited to these, but all kinds of data falling within the definition of personal data, are protected, preserved, absolutely not shared, deleted and destroyed by Ak Deniz Mezat under the following conditions and scope.

1. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data will be processed for the purposes of carrying out the necessary work by our business units to benefit the relevant persons from the products and services offered by Ak Deniz Mezat and carrying out the relevant business processes, using the products and/or Services and planning and executing the sales processes, planning and executing the operational processes, planning and executing the after-sales support services activities, managing the relations with business partners and/or suppliers, ensuring that the data is accurate and up-to-date and ensuring continuity in the supply of the services provided, ensuring the legal, technical and commercial-work safety of Ak Deniz Mezat and the relevant persons who have a business relationship with Ak Deniz Mezat, carrying out the transactions and works related to the services provided to you, duly expressing the contractual performance, monitoring the quality of service, etc., keeping human resources, financial and accounting records, if you have accepted the Permitted User Database Registration and Electronic Commercial Message Permission Text, within the scope of Ak Deniz Mezat information and similar marketing activities, Information Technologies Communication Within the scope of the obligation to regularly inform the Institution in accordance with the relevant legislation, the obligation to notify the relevant Public Institutions and Organizations, Notary Public Offices, Courts and Prosecutors’ Offices and to fulfill the obligations before all legal authorities in order to protect the legal rights of Ak Deniz Mezat, personal data will be processed within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

1. TO WHOM AND FOR WHAT PURPOSES PERSONAL DATA MAY BE TRANSFERRED

Your personal data is not shared with any organization or institution for any reason.

1. METHOD AND LEGAL REASON FOR COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data can be collected in any verbal, written or electronic environment, for the purposes stated above, for legal reasons and within the scope of the relevant legislation, including but not limited to these, in order to provide the services we offer as Ak Deniz Mezat within the determined legal framework and to fulfill the obligations arising from the contract and relevant legislation in this context, and to establish and execute the contract. We use your personal data collected for this legal reason within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, for the purposes specified in Articles A and B of this text.

1. YOUR RIGHTS AS A PERSONAL DATA OWNER WITHIN THE SCOPE OF PDPL NO. 6698

Within the scope of Article 11 of PDPL No. 6698, everyone has the right to apply to Ak Deniz Mezat as a data controller in the following matters:

1. To learn whether personal data has been processed,
2. To request information regarding the processing of personal data,
3. To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
4. To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
5. To request correction of personal data if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly,
6. In accordance with Article 7 of PDPL No. 6698, despite the fact that it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of this Law and other relevant laws, to request the deletion or destruction of personal data ex officio or upon the request of the relevant person within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the event that the reasons requiring processing are eliminated,
